Occupational Therapist

Our client is an established healthcare specialist where they treat and assist with mobility of arm/hand related injuries through reconstruction surgery and therapy. Our client has been in the business as a market leader. They have been around since 2004, the very first Hand Centre to be established nationwide. Today, they are one of the most well-known names in their field with ready and dedicated operating rooms, recovery and follow-up therapy care centres. Our client is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to be able to keep up to the demands:
Job Responsibilities:
Remediation of impairments and disabilities and the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential for hand.
Prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles for the hand.
Splint making for hand.
Providing education to patients, caregivers and fellow colleagues.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive working attitude and good team player
Pleasant personality, honest and responsible individual
Willingness to explore and develop hand wellness and education to patients.
